We offer a short grace period to allow changes before the fulfillment process begins.

After 4 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
Birdsgallery Co. is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.
• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
